Fall season is upon us and I have been craving all of my favorite Fall food recipes. I absolutely love apple season. Here is an easy Fall recipe that incorporates apples, prosciutto, and flatbread that can be used as an appetizer or a light lunch. You can follow the steps for the flatbread appetizer below, or print the recipe to use at a later time.
Ingredients:
Flat bread
Prosciutto
Honey Crisp Apple cut into slices
Arugula
Goat Cheese
Crumbled Caramelized Pecans
Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar for drizzling
Directions:
Place flatbread on a baking tray and top with Apples, Arugula, Prosciutto, Goat Cheese and Pecans.
Bake for 12 minutes
Drizzle with Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar to taste
Serve immediately
